I see a double charge – what does it mean?

If you see two charges, there is usually no need to worry.

Updated this week

In many cases, this is a pre-authorization and an actual charge. The authorization is automatically released by your bank or payment provider and usually disappears after a few days.

Possible reasons for a double charge:

  • The payment process was triggered again

  • A payment was authorized but not completed

  • Your bank displays pending amounts separately

If the amount is still charged twice after a few days, please contact our customer service. Simply click the chat button in the bottom right corner of our website to reach our support team. Please share:

  • Your order number

  • A screenshot of the double charge

You will only receive an order confirmation from us if the payment was completed successfully.

If you receive two order confirmations, please first check whether they have the same order number.
If two different order numbers are listed, two separate orders were placed.

We will review this for you and clarify the situation as quickly as possible. 💛
