I haven’t received an order confirmation. What can I do?

1. Check your email inbox
Please first check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes our order confirmation ends up there.


2. Check your email address
Did you possibly make a typo when entering your email address? In that case, we can resend the order confirmation to you. Please contact our customer service team for this. Simply click the chat button in the bottom right corner of our website to get in touch with our customer service team.


3. Check the payment
If you received an error message during checkout or if the payment process was interrupted, your order may not have been completed successfully. In that case, no order confirmation would have been sent.

If you are unsure whether your order was successful, please contact our customer service team. Kindly provide your full name, the order date and, if available, proof of payment. We will check this for you and help you as quickly as possible.

Your order confirmation is the first sign that everything worked. Shortly afterwards, you will receive a shipping confirmation once your package is on its way to you. 💛
