My package is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it – what can I do?

Sometimes a package is marked as delivered even though it hasn’t reached your hands yet. Don’t worry, in many cases this can be resolved quickly.

1. Check your surroundings

Please first check:

  • With your neighbors

  • At your designated drop-off location

  • In the hallway or at the reception

  • In your mailbox (for smaller packages)

Often the package has been safely left there.

2. Check tracking details

Through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation, you can see if a drop-off location or substitute recipient was noted.

3. Wait a little longer

In rare cases, a shipment is marked as “delivered” early and only arrives the next business day.

4. Contact us


If your package is still missing after these steps, please contact our customer service via the chat button in the lower right corner and provide your order number. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and take care of the next steps.
