An item is missing from my order

Of course, this should not happen. If an item is missing from your package, we will take care of it quickly.

Before contacting us, please briefly check the following:

  • Was your order possibly shipped in multiple packages?
    (In this case, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email for each partial shipment.)

  • Are two pieces of jewelry possibly packed in one box?
    (To save resources and reduce packaging material, we sometimes place multiple jewelry pieces together in one square box. Please check whether two items might be in the same box.)

  • Have you checked the pouch carefully?
    (Our pouches have two compartments. Especially with earrings, it can happen that both pieces are in different compartments and are therefore easily overlooked.)

  • Is the missing item listed on the packing slip?

If an item is indeed missing, please proceed as follows: Please contact our customer service team. Simply click the chat button in the bottom right corner of our website. We’re happy to help. 💛

Please let us know:

  • Did you receive an empty box?
    or

  • Was the item completely missing?

If possible, please also send us a photo of the contents of the package.

If the package was visibly damaged on the outside, please also send us a photo of the packaging.

This will help us review the situation quickly and find a suitable solution for you. 💛
