Delivery status explained simply

Have you received your shipping confirmation and want to know what the current status means? Here is a short overview of the most common status messages.

Updated over a week ago

Order received
Your order has been successfully received and is being prepared.

Processing
Your items are being picked in our warehouse and prepared for shipment.

Shipped
Your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way to you. You will find the tracking link in your shipping confirmation.

Out for delivery
Your package is in the delivery vehicle and is expected to be delivered to you today.

Delivered
Your package has been successfully delivered. If it has not arrived, please first check with your neighbors or at your designated drop-off location.

Good to know:
