How can I track my delivery to Switzerland?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.


For deliveries to Switzerland, the tracking number is not sent directly with the shipping confirmation.

This is because your package is first processed by a customs service provider and prepared for further transport into Switzerland.

Once this step has been completed:

  • the tracking number will automatically be updated in your customer account

  • you will also receive the tracking number by email

There may therefore be a short delay before you are able to access the shipment tracking.
