How can I return my order from Switzerland?

If you would like to return your order from Switzerland, you can easily register your return through our return portal.

✨ How returns from Switzerland work

  1. Register your return
    Simply register your return via our return portal for Switzerland. Enter your order number and the email address you used for your order.

  2. Receive your return label
    After registering your return, you will receive a return label (as a printable stamp or QR code) which you attach to your package.

  3. Send your package
    You can conveniently drop off your return in a Swiss Post mailbox using the label. Personal drop-off at PURELEI or local collection points is not possible.

📦 Important information

  • The return cost (CHF 10.00) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Advent calendars or larger packages
    If your return is larger than 35 × 24 × 2 cm (for example advent calendars or larger campaign packages), please contact our customer service beforehand. In this case, we will send you a suitable return label.

  • Defective or missing items must be reported to our customer service as a complaint and should not be registered through the return portal.

  • Sets (e.g. jewelry sets or promotional bundles) can only be returned as a complete set.
