I would like to cancel my order

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

As soon as your order is received by PURELEI, it is immediately forwarded to our warehouse and prepared for shipping. Therefore, we can only cancel orders as long as they have not yet been shipped.

If your order is still being processed, we will be happy to check whether a cancellation is possible. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your package has already been prepared for shipment, a cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. In this case, you are welcome to return the items to us after receiving them.

The sooner you contact us, the greater the chance that we can still stop your order.

When contacting us, please have your order number ready so we can process your request right away.

Please note that cancellations received on weekends or public holidays will only be processed on the next business day.
