As soon as your order is received by PURELEI, it is immediately forwarded to our warehouse and prepared for shipping. Therefore, we can only cancel orders as long as they have not yet been shipped.

If your package has already been prepared for shipment, a cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. In this case, you are welcome to return the items to us after receiving them.
