Report your return in the Klarna app or Klarna customer account
Open the Klarna app or log in to your Klarna customer account.
Select the relevant order and mark it as “return reported.”
This will pause your invoice until your return has been received and processed by us.
Once we have checked your return, we will automatically inform Klarna about the refund. Your invoice amount will then be adjusted accordingly.
