If you return the entire order, the redeemed gift card amount will be credited back to you as a gift card. A cash payout is not possible.
If you return only part of your order, we will first refund the amount you actually paid using the original payment method. If any gift card value remains, it will be credited back to you as a gift card.
This way, we ensure that none of your gift card value is lost.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the original gift card and sent to the email address it is linked to.
Was it a gift? In that case, it’s best to contact the person who gave you the gift card.
