Voucher
In the case of a full return, the redeemed amount will be credited back to your original voucher.
In the case of a partial return, we will first refund the amount you actually paid using the original payment method. If any voucher balance remains after that, it will be credited back to the voucher.
Good to know:
The credit will be applied to the original voucher and sent to the email address it is linked to.
If it was a gift voucher, please contact the person who gave you the voucher.
Discount code
Discount codes are taken into account proportionally in the event of a return. This means you will only receive the amount you actually paid for the returned items.
Please note:
Discount codes cannot be reactivated or credited again after a return.
