Return shipping costs
Depending on the country, a flat return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. This amount is automatically subtracted from the refund total.
Discount codes or promotions
If you used a discount code or benefited from a promotion when placing your order, the discount will be proportionally applied to the items you kept. As a result, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.
Gift cards
If a gift card was used for the order, the corresponding amount will be credited back as a gift card rather than refunded as a monetary amount.
Sets or bundles
For jewelry sets or promotional bundles, only a full return is possible. Individual items from a set cannot be refunded separately.
