How can I change my delivery address?

Would you like your Jewelry Box to be delivered to a different address? No problem, you can easily update it in your customer account.

Updated today

Simply log in and go to the Jewelry Box section. There you can adjust your delivery address.

Important:
To ensure the new address is applied to the upcoming Jewelry Box, the change must be made by the 27th of the month at the latest. If the change is made later, the next box will still be shipped to the previously stored address.

Here is a short visual guide on how to proceed:

  1. Click on “Manage subscription


  2. In this view, you can click on “Edit address
