Can I change my payment method?

Yes, you can update the payment method for your Jewelry Box in your customer account.

Updated today

Simply log in and go to the Jewelry Box section. There you can update your stored payment method.

Important:
To ensure the new payment method is used for the next charge, the change should be made by the 27th of the month at the latest. If the change is made later, the payment may still be charged using the previously stored payment method.

Here is a short visual guide on how to proceed:

  1. Click on “Manage subscription


2. In this view, you can click on “Edit payment method

Please note that only credit card or PayPal are available for the Jewelry Box.
