Simply log in to your customer account and go to the Jewelry Box section. There you will find the option to pause your subscription.
Important:
The pause must be made by the 27th of a month at the latest in order to apply to the following month. If the change is made later, the next Jewelry Box will still be shipped.

1. Click on Manage subscription
2. In this view, you can click on Skip
For subscriptions with a fixed term (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months), pausing during the active subscription period is not possible.
