Simply log in to your customer account and go to the Jewelry Box section. There you will find the option to cancel your subscription.
The advantage: the cancellation is processed immediately, without any waiting time.
If you do not have a customer account, you will also find the option “Cancel Jewelry Box subscription” at the bottom of our website. You can send us your cancellation through this form.
Please note that these requests are processed manually by our customer service team and may therefore take a little longer.
Important:
Your cancellation must be submitted by the 27th of a month at the latest in order to take effect for the following month. If you cancel later, you will still receive the next Jewelry Box.
Here’s a short step-by-step visual guide on how to proceed:
1. Click on Manage subscription
2. Then go to the right column, click on Manage subscriptions, and then click on Manage subscription at the bottom (in blue text)
3. At the very bottom, you’ll find the option to click on Cancel subscription
For multi-month subscriptions
If you selected a 3, 6, or 12-month subscription period, the following applies:
After the booked subscription period ends, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration unless you cancel it in time.
You can cancel your subscription at any time effective at the end of your current subscription period.
However, during an active subscription period, the subscription cannot be paused or terminated early.
