Depending on the current workload, we may not always be able to chat live immediately. In that case, our chatbot will collect your request and automatically forward it to our team.

You do not need to submit your request through another form, we will get back to you.

You will usually receive a response within 48 hours.
During particularly busy periods (for example during sales or around holidays), it may occasionally take a little longer.

To help us assist you quickly, please have the following information ready:

  • The email address used for your order

  • A short description of your request

  • If relevant: photos/videos
