I made a typo in my email address – what should I do now?

This can happen easily and is not a problem.

If you made a typo in your email address when placing your order, you will not receive an order or shipping confirmation. However, your order may still have been successfully received by us.

In this case, please contact our customer service team and provide the following information:

  • your full name and address

  • your correct email address

  • the order date

We will update your email address in our system and resend all important information to you.

Your order will be processed and shipped regardless of the email address provided. The email address is only important for communication with you.
If you are unsure whether your order was successful, we will of course be happy to check this for you.
