If a product is available for pre-order, you will find a corresponding notice on the product page. There you can also see when the item is expected to be shipped.
How it works:
Simply add the pre-order item to your shopping cart and complete your order as usual. Payment is processed directly when you complete the purchase.
You will also find the planned shipping date in your order confirmation email.
If your order contains a pre-order item, we will ship your order together once all items are available. This way everything arrives together and complete.
As soon as your package is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking link.
If you need an item particularly urgently, we recommend ordering available products separately. This way, the items that are already available can be shipped to you right away.
