If your product is damaged or does not function properly, simply speak to our team in the store. They will record your complaint, check the item and discuss the possible next steps with you.

Please make sure to bring your receipt so we can quickly identify your purchase.

Important information

  • Complaints only apply to items that were purchased in the respective store

  • If you placed your order online, please register your complaint through our customer service. Simply click on the chat button in the bottom right corner of our website. We cannot process online complaints directly in the store
