Return in store
If you would like to return your jewelry directly in the store, this is generally possible as long as the items were purchased in the store and meet the return conditions (e.g. unworn and in perfect condition).
Please bring your receipt so we can quickly and correctly process your return.
Exchange in store
You can also exchange an item purchased in the store there, for example:
for a different size
for a different color
for a different model
This gives you the opportunity to choose your new favorite piece directly in the store.
Important to know
Returns or exchanges only apply to items purchased in the respective store.
Items from online orders cannot be exchanged or returned in the store.
Engraved or personalized jewelry is excluded from returns and exchanges.
