Can I receive an invoice for a past order?

Yes, of course.

We do not include printed invoices in our packages. If you need an invoice for a previous order, we will be happy to send it to you as a PDF by email.

Simply contact our customer service by clicking the chat button in the bottom right corner of our website and provide your order number. This allows us to quickly identify your request and send you the invoice.

If you placed your order using a customer account, you can also log in and view your order details there.
