What is not covered by the 5-year warranty

Even though we try to make many things possible for you, there are cases that are neither covered by the statutory warranty nor by our additional guarantee.

Updated over a week ago

These include, in particular:

  • Damage caused by improper use, drops, or impacts

  • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or material changes from daily use

  • Independent repairs or modifications

  • Water damage to watches

  • Dirt or stains

  • Lost or damaged stones and pearls

  • Products in the categories Beauty, Fine Jewelry (925 Silver), jewelry storage, and textiles

If your piece of jewelry has a defect, always contact our customer service via the chat button at the bottom right of our website with:

  • Your order number

  • One or more clear photos of the jewelry

  • A short description of what exactly happened

Photos for verification

To help us assess the defect as quickly as possible, make sure your photos:

  • Show the entire piece of jewelry

  • Clearly show the defect (close-up)

  • Are sharp and well-lit

In some cases, a short video can also be helpful, for example if a clasp no longer closes properly or a moving part doesn’t function correctly.

The clearer the defect can be seen, the faster we can review your case and offer a suitable solution. 💛
