What is the LEI Charm Subscription?
With the LEI Charm Subscription, you receive 2 new LEI charms worth approx. €40 every month, delivered right to your door, for just €19.90 a month. Your charm collection grows month by month.
Which colours are available?
The charms are available in gold or silver. You can switch colours every month.
Do I need a base for the charms?
When you sign up, you have two options:
With a base: Choose a starter piece and get a €10 subscription discount: LEI Charm Bracelet (flexible, €39.90), LEI Charm Bangle (rigid, €39.90) or LEI Charm Necklace (flexible, €49.90).
Without a base: If you already own an LEI Charm bracelet, bangle or necklace, you can start straight away with the charms.
How long does the subscription run?
The minimum term is 3 months. After that, you can cancel at any time on a monthly basis. If you don't cancel, the subscription automatically renews for another month. During the first 3 months, you save €60.30 compared to buying the charms individually.
How do I cancel my subscription?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for you. Your order usually arrives within 3–4 working days.
Which size do I need?
Measure your wrist, add approx. 2 cm and choose the matching size. If you're between two sizes, go for the larger one.
Bracelet: XS–S 17.5 cm · S–M 19.5 cm · M–L 20.5 cm · L–XL 23.5 cm
Bangle (diameter): XS–S 5.2 cm · S–M 5.75 cm · M–L 6.65 cm
How can I pay?
You can pay with Klarna, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All prices include VAT.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. In addition, all our jewellery comes with a statutory warranty of at least 2 years.
