The symbol of a crossed-out wheeled bin on electrical and electronic equipment indicates that these items must be disposed of separately.
Before handing in old devices, please remove any batteries or rechargeable batteries if they are not permanently installed.

You are responsible for deleting any personal data stored on devices before disposal.

Under the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act, our products fall into the category “small household appliances.”

Because some of our products may contain batteries, we are required under the German Battery Act (BattG) to provide the following information.

Information according to §18 of the Battery Act

Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. By law, batteries must either be returned to us or disposed of free of charge at nearby collection points such as supermarkets or municipal recycling stations.

We are happy to take back batteries of the same type that we sell in normal household quantities free of charge.
If you wish to return batteries to us, please contact our customer service team in advance so we can arrange the process.

Used batteries may contain harmful substances that can damage the environment or your health if stored or disposed of improperly. At the same time, batteries contain valuable raw materials such as iron, zinc, manganese, or nickel, which can be recycled.

The crossed-out bin symbol means that batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of in household waste.
