Didn’t receive an order confirmation:
Please also check your spam folder if you don’t see an email from us in your inbox.
If you still haven’t received an order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact Customer Service.

Change delivery address:
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can change the delivery address. In this case, please contact our Customer Service.

Change order:
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make changes to an order. However, Customer Service can cancel individual jewelry items or update the delivery address for you as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

Cancel order:
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed.
