Go to PURELEI.com and click on "Account" in the top right corner. Log in there with your email and password.
Clicking on "Manage Subscriptions" will take you to your subscriptions. Here you can manage your orders and always see the current status. Here you can also change or cancel your Jewelry Box subscription.
To carry out such changes, you have to be logged in with the same email address that you used to subscribe to your Jewelry Box.
Color change:
A color change is only possible for the following month in the Flex Jewelry Box subscription. The color change will be carried out by our customer service. Please contact our customer service via the ChatBot.
You can make the change before the 28th of the current month.
The color change is only possible if the Jewelry Box in your desired color is still available. Please note that our Jewelry Box subscription might sell out quickly, so we recommend a color change for the next month at the beginning of the month.
