As a Jewelry Box member, after certain active subscription periods, you will receive a thank-you gift in the form of a discount. You can redeem this discount on products in the Jewelry Box Rewards Shop.
Which discounts are available?
After 2 months you will receive your first discount of €10. After 5 months you will receive €25, after 8 months €40, and after 12 months €50.*
How do I receive a discount?
Once you reach the required subscription duration and your Jewelry Box package for the month is created, you will receive an email from us with your discount code.
What are the conditions of the discount?
The discount is valid only in the Jewelry Box Rewards Shop. It is valid for 3 months and cannot be accumulated. If you do not use the full amount of your discount, the remaining balance will expire. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.
What happens if I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
If you skip a Jewelry Box month, it will not count toward your subscription period. Only the months in which you receive and pay for your edition are counted. If you cancel your Jewelry Box, your accumulated months will expire.
I’ve been a Jewelry Box member for much longer. Do I receive discounts retroactively?
The Jewelry Box Rewards Shop was launched in October 2022. Unfortunately, discounts cannot be issued retroactively.
I have two Jewelry Box subscriptions. Do I get the discount twice as fast?
No, each subscription counts individually and must reach the required durations separately.
Can I change my color without affecting my subscription period?
You can change your color at any time in the Flex subscription. This will not affect your accumulated subscription duration. A color change is not possible for fixed-term subscriptions. Please contact our customer service directly for a color change request.
