Meaning of My Delivery Status / Shipment Tracking

Delivery status “not fulfilled”
– Your order is currently being prepared and packed in our warehouse.
– This status does not mean that your order has been cancelled, neither fully nor partially.

Delivery status “fulfilled”
– Your order has been handed over to the shipping provider and has left our warehouse.
– This does not mean that the package has already been delivered.

For orders to Switzerland, the tracking number is not sent directly with the shipping confirmation.
The reason: Your parcel is first processed by a customs service provider and prepared for further transport to Switzerland.

Once this step is completed, the tracking number will be automatically updated in your customer account, and you will also receive it by email as soon as it becomes available.
Therefore, there may be a short delay before you can access the shipment tracking.

Shipping confirmation & delivery
Once your parcel has been shipped*, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Please note that for Swiss shipments, tracking information may update later than usual (see note above).

Important information regarding delivery issues
* After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will automatically be refunded to the original payment method.
A reshipment is not possible.
