Is the new price permanent?
Yes, the new price of €159 is permanent. It’s not a temporary promotion, but our regular price for the 5 Ways of Love Advent Calendar from now on.

Then I’ll just return the Advent Calendar and buy it again – that way I get the money instead of the discount code.
We totally understand why you’d consider that. We’ve tried to find a solution that’s fair for everyone – that’s why you’re receiving a €40 discount code you can use flexibly on anything, for example for Christmas gifts or something special for yourself.
However, we’d love to make you an offer: if you keep your Advent Calendar, we’ll donate an amount to the Kinderhospiz Regenbogenland on your behalf – as a small thank-you for your trust. Why can some choose between a €30 refund, donation, or €50 discount code – and I only get a €40 code?
That’s a great question. The different options depend on the time of purchase: our pre-sale customers bought their Advent Calendar as early as May – months before the official launch, with the promise of getting the best deal. That’s why they have three options to choose from. Everyone who bought after the launch in August also receives compensation equal to the price difference – in the form of a €40 discount code, which can be used flexibly, for example for gifts or something nice for yourself. This way, everyone receives a fair solution.

Why does the 5 Ways of Love Advent Calendar now cost €159.90?
We decided to adjust the price so that even more people can discover it. Everyone who already bought the calendar will be personally informed by email and receive appropriate compensation.

I paid more – do I get something back?
Yes. Everyone who already bought the 5 Ways of Love Advent Calendar will automatically receive an email with further information, so no one is left out.

Why didn’t you set the lower price from the start?
The original price was carefully calculated and still reflects the value and quality of the 5 Ways of Love Advent Calendar. After launch and community feedback, we decided to lower the price to make it accessible to more people.

Does that mean the calendar is worth less now?
Not at all. The value, content, and quality remain the same. Only the price has changed – the 5 Ways of Love Advent Calendar is still just as special.

Does the price change affect delivery or contents?
No, neither the contents, quality, nor delivery times are affected – no matter when you purchased the Advent Calendar.

I bought in the pre-sale in May – until when can I decide on an option?
You have until October 22, 2025 to decide at your own pace.

Does this also apply if I ordered via Amazon or another platform?

Why haven’t I received my code yet while others have?
The codes are being sent in stages: buyers since August will receive theirs starting October 15, 2025, while pre-sale customers will get theirs after the selection period ends on October 23, 2025.
