Please check if a discount code tied to a minimum purchase value was used in your order. This discount is distributed proportionally across all products. Therefore, the refund will always only include the proportional amount.
If the minimum purchase value is no longer met after the return, the discount code will expire. The same applies to partial returns where the discount was applied to the less expensive piece of jewelry. If the more expensive item is returned, the cheaper item will be recalculated at the full price, and only the difference will be refunded.
