If you have properly returned your package to us, we will refund the purchase amount once we have received the goods. You will receive a notification for this. Normally, we need up to 10 days to process your return, although this may take longer after major sale events.
Please note that the amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected for your order.
With the tracking number of your return, you can check where your package is located.
Always keep the postal receipt of the return until the refund has been issued.
