All PURELEI jewelry pieces have a warranty period of 2 years if:
The defects of your jewelry piece are due to a material or production error at no cost to you.
The two-year warranty does not apply in the case of:
Defects or damages caused by improper use or negligence (e.g., impact, fall, glass scratches)
Defects or damages caused by unauthorized repair or modifications of individual parts
Water damage in watches
Dirt or soiling on the jewelry piece
Natural products (e.g., pearls, shells) that may vary in shape, color, and size due to their natural characteristics compared to product images
Additionally, we grant you a five-year guarantee on all stainless steel jewelry pieces (with or without coating). This applies to orders placed from December 1st, 2024 in the webshop at www.purelei.com or in the PURELEI Store Munich (Kaufingerstraße 9, 80331 Munich).
The guarantee covers the following defects:
Color changes of the original purchased color tone of coated stainless steel jewelry (products with rose gold coating are excluded)
Breakage of chains and other products made with chain material
Sharp edges or settings
Knotting of chain links, provided it is reported within 10 days of receiving the product
Excluded from the guarantee:
Missing, deformed, or defective stones and pearls
Defects or damages caused by misuse, negligent handling, accidents, or improper use
Defects or damages due to normal wear and tear (e.g., surface scratches)
Defects or damages due to unauthorized repair or modification
Products in the categories Beauty, Fine Jewelry (925 silver), jewelry storage, and textiles of any kind
Both the warranty and guarantee periods begin with the purchase date of the product and can only be claimed by the buyer.
If a defect covered by the warranty or guarantee occurs during the respective period, we provide the following services in order:
Direct replacement: If available, the defective product will be replaced with the same product in the same color.
Equivalent replacement: If direct replacement is not possible within 30 days, you may choose an equivalent product from our assortment (necklace for necklace, bracelet for bracelet, etc.). The replacement product must match the original purchase price.
Repairs are not carried out. The guarantee period will not be extended or restarted by a guarantee service. Guarantee services are non-transferable, and cash payouts or compensation are excluded.
